These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Find Tolet platform operated by www.tharastech.com ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Platform in any medium.
• Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Platform.
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited emails.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Platform.
• Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Find Tolet or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Find Tolet, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Find Tolet operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
